Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if returned in new, unwashed, unsoiled, unscented condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories intact (not damaged). Carriers or items that smell of smoke, that are stained or have pet hair on them will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return and or charge a restocking fee.
There is a $7.00 processing fee on all exchanges.
Clearance items may not be returnable for refund or exchange. All Clearance items are "Final Sale"

Please include a copy of your invoice as well as a note indicating the item that you want to exchange for (or a refund).
If you return an item in saleable condition (as specified above) we will refund your purchase price, except for original shipping charges.
We work hard to make exchanges as stress-free as possible for you. Please email us for details.
If any product that we ship is determined to be defective, we will replace it at no charge to you or refund 100% of your purchase price. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Please contact us if you are purchasing products for use with a soon-to-arrive newborn (or provide the due date on your order) and we will notate the order to allow exchanges up to 30 days after the birth of the baby.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds after 30 days.
